Fabyanske Advises Owner Regarding Sale of Mills Fleet Farm Stores

Fabyanske, Westra, Hart & Thomson, P.A. represented Mills Fleet Farm in the sale of it’s businesses to Kohlberg Kravis and Roberts in one of the largest private company sales transactions in the upper Midwest during 2015 and 2016. This transaction closed in the spring of 2016.  Scott Anderson served as lead counsel for the overall transaction while Gary Eidson focused on the related sale of a large real estate portfolio including over fifty parcels of real estate.   Attorneys advising on the transaction also included Tom Tucci, Fred Ladner, Nathan Ray, John Redpath, Keith Rinta and Matt Mason.
