Fred Ladner is a shareholder practicing in the areas of finance, lending and banking, mergers and acquisitions and real estate. Prior to joining the firm in 1998, Fred was a vice president at a large regional bank where he managed a portfolio of middle market loans.  He is able to draw on his experience as a commercial lender in providing practical advice to clients.

Fred represents clients in the negotiation and documentation of a wide variety of financial transactions, including mortgage loans, asset based and other commercial and industrial loans and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises clients on the formation of new business entities and in the negotiation of employment agreements, leases, distribution agreements and other contracts. Representative clients include community and regional banks, privately-held businesses, investors and investment funds.
