Fabyanske, Westra, Hart & Thomson has a Diversity Committee, made up of shareholders, associates, and our administrator, charged with working with our Executive Committee to try to achieve our goal of recruiting, retaining, and developing a diverse team of exceptional professionals and fostering an environment of inclusion and mutual respect.
