From day one, we help our associates learn to tackle legal challenges and be directly involved as associates with providing effective solutions for our clients.

Salary and Benefits

At Fabyanske, Westra, Hart & Thomson you’ll be recognized and rewarded for everything you accomplish. We typically offer a starting annual base salary of $135,000 for first-year associates, along with the potential to earn discretionary annual performance and merit bonuses. Our hourly billing expectation is 1,800. Our benefits package includes health, dental and disability insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan with a partial match program. We also reimburse or pay for various professional fees, memberships and continuing education courses.
