On April 10th, Gary Eidson and Paul Ratelle will be speaking at the Minnesota Continuing Legal Education’s Drafting & Negotiating Commercial Real Estate Leases at the Minnesota CLE Conference Center located at 600 Nicollet Mall, Suite 370 Third Floor City Center in Minneapolis.

From 9:00 a.m. – 10:15 p.m., Gary will be presenting “Overview of Basic Commercial Leasing Issues”.

At 11:15 – 12:15 p.m., Gary will also be presenting “Insurance, Indemnity and Waiver Clauses in Commercial Leases – Properly Allocating Risk”.

At 2:00 – 2:45 p.m., Paul will be presenting “Tenant and Landlord Remedies for Commercial Lease Defaults and the Effect of Bankruptcy”.
