Gary Eidson and Rory Duggan will be presenting at The 2015 Real Estate Institute on October 22 and 23, 2015 at the Saint Paul RiverCentre.
Gary will be a member of a panel discussing and answering questions in an open forum on Commercial Leasing. He will also be discussing “Agreements Between Adjoining Landowners in Development Projects”, providing important instructions when creating these agreements, specific provisions to include and pitfalls to avoid in developing good “neighborly” relations.
Rory will be a member of a panel of key participants discussing the mixed-use Historic Rehabilitation “Custom House Saint Paul” Case Study.
