Congratulations to Fabyanske Attorneys Named Best Lawyers 2009

Congratulations to Fabyanske, Westra, Hart & Thomson attorneys Gary Eidson, Marv Fabyanske and Mark Westra for being named Best Lawyers 2009.

First published in 1983, Best Lawyers is the oldest lawyer-rating publication in the U.S., and is the gold standard for accuracy and integrity. Best Lawyers only polls lawyers who are already considered within the profession to be the top lawyers in their fields. They are given elaborate, customized ballots listing nominees from their area and their specialty. New nominations are voted on by the entire pool of voters. Corporate Counsel Magazine calls it “the most respected referral list of attorneys in the country.” Jerome J. Shestack, former ABA President says Best Lawyers is “a thorough, reliable and valuable resource for all who seek the best in our profession.” In 20+ years, Best Lawyers has developed specialized methodologies and unrivaled expertise in polling lawyers.

We’re proud that Marv, Mark and Gary have been selected as Best Lawyers. When asked what sets them apart from their competition, here’s what they included in their responses:

Their years of experience; excellent understanding of specialty areas; “big picture” approach; practical advice; ability to get desired results; and an objective to win wars, not battles.
